Board of Review - BOR reviews property assessments for tax rolls. Meets March, July and December

Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) - Hears appeals regarding zoning ordinances. Meets as needed.

Brownfield Redevelopment Authority - Financing mechanism for redevelopment of Brownfield properties. Meets quarterly at noon.

Construction Board of Appeals - Meets as needed.

Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) - Issue bonds and use tax increments to promote development. Meets quarterly at noon.

Local Officer Compensation Commission - Recommends salaries for local officials. Meets every other year.

Marina Advisory Committee - Meets as needed.

Planning Commission - Recommends land use policy and helps implement the zoning ordinance. Meets 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) - Financing mechanism for the downtown. Meets quarterly at noon.

White Lake Community Library

White Lake Fire Authority - Meets 1st Thursday each month.

White Lake Ambulance Authority - Meets monthly.

White Lake Solid Waste Authority - meets the 4th Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
